Orders placed by December 15th should arrive for the Holidays, yet due to the impact of COVID-19, our carriers may experience a delay. We encourage you to place your order early before December 13th.

We encourage you to sign up for text notifications when completing your order. Text alerts and the shipping confirmation email, which includes a tracking link, will ensure you know where it is along its journey.

Need To Return A Holiday Gift?

To complete a return your item must have been purchased directly from the Stanley website within the last (30) days. Returns on customized products or Stanley items purchased from another retailer must be returned to where they were originally purchased.

To request a return, please follow the instructions below.  

  1. Contact Us by filling out this form or calling 1-800-251-4535 to get a return label and authorization form. We are open 7 am-3 pm PST Monday-Friday. 
  2. Print return label and authorization, which you will receive by email. Please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received it in 24-48 hours.
  3. Prepare your package for return. Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was originally included. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box, and include paddings such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.
  4. Ship your return based on the instructions provided on the return label. All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
  5. After we receive your item(s) in our fulfillment center, our team will inspect it, and a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

How Do I Receive My Bonus Offer?

After you make a qualifying purchase, you will receive an email containing the bonus code to the email address used to place the order in early December.
