Ordering and Payment

How do I use a discount code?

At checkout, enter your discount code in the Discount code box. Before you place your order, double-check that your code has been applied successfully.  

Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes don’t apply to Customized, Sale, or Clearance items, and select products may be excluded from discounts.

How do I track my order?

Check the status of your order anytime in your account under Order History or by entering your order number in our Order Status tracker.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my Stanley?

If your item(s) have been purchased directly from the Stanley website within the last (30) days, we can process a return label for you. We accept returns of items purchased from the Stanley website within (30) days for a refund minus any shipping fees. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. We will not accept returns for customized products or items purchased outside of the Stanley website. Can I return my customized Stanley item?

Customized Stanley products are made uniquely for you and are not eligible for a return.
