deserves access
to clean water

At Stanley 1913, water isn't just what we carry. It's what connects us. But for 696 million people living without reliable access to clean water, it's everything. Since 2023, we've partnered with charity: water to bring clean water to more than 7,000 people in 37 communities. Over the next three years, we'll build on that impact to bring our total reach to 50,000 people with access to clean water around the world.

Why Water? 

The majority of people without access to clean water live in isolated rural areas and spend hours every day walking to collect water for their families. Not only does walking for water keep kids out of school and take up time that parents could be using to earn money, but the water often carries diseases that can make everyone sick. Worldwide, women and girls are responsible for collecting water in 70% of households.

Why charity: water? 

charity: water funds water projects where they're needed most, working with local partners to build them. Every dollar of public donations goes straight to the field — and they prove it: GPS coordinates, photos, sensors that track whether the water's still flowing years later. You can see exactly where your impact goes.

Our Impact to Date 

Since 2023, the Stanley 1913 brand has partnered with charity: water to bring clean water to communities around the world including in Cambodia, Kenya, Madagascar, Niger, and Sierra Leone.

Cambodia

Stanley 1913 has funded 20 BioSand Filters to reach 3,000 people across Cambodia.

Kenya

Six piped water systems are delivering clean water 
to almost 2,000 people in the Kwa Kawawa and Kwa Kakue communities.

Madagascar

In Kpoubu, 3 piped water systems funded by Stanley 1913 
are impacting 131 people.

Niger

More than 360 youth in Kadata now have clean water access through a new school water point and sanitation facilities.

Sierra Leone

Seven water projects, including a hand pump and piped water systems, are bringing clean water access to 1,300 people.
