What brought you to Stanley? What keeps you here?

I found Stanley through an internship opportunity with the Brand Marketing team. From the moment I joined the team, my ideas, big or small, were welcomed, and my perspective was valued. There were endless growth opportunities, ways to contribute in meaningful ways, and I had a team that motivated me to be my best. At the end of my internship, I received an offer to join the Bearforce full-time as a Marketing Coordinator. Since beginning the role, opportunities to grow and learn haven’t slowed. Stanley is a great place for those that want to think big, create the future, and explore new possibilities.

What do you value the most about working at Stanley?

The leadership and mentorship at Stanley have been invaluable. People’s willingness to share knowledge, spark passion and innovation, and bring out the best in others makes Stanley a great place to grow.
I also value Stanley’s commitment to sustainability and uplifting important causes. The Stanley team’s dedication to doing good and making a difference is unmatched. We often have team volunteer opportunities for a wide variety of causes, as well as contribution-matching, so no matter your cause, there’s a way to make a difference with Stanley.

What are you most excited about in your job?

I love working at a brand with such passionate consumers. The opportunities to engage with them, provide ‘surprise and delight’ moments, and build meaningful relationships make our work so motivating. Our consumers inspire us to go above and beyond.

What is a favorite memory/accomplishment from your job?

Recently, we did a series of brand activations at SXSW in Austin, TX, to announce our All Day Collection of soft coolers and accessories. Consumers entered for a chance to attend ‘A Cooler Cooler Stanley Picnic’, with live music, tasty food and beverage, Quencher Carry-All cross-stitch customization, and more. Hearing first-hand about consumers’ excitement for the new category and their love for the brand made the experience beyond valuable.

Tell us how you’re able to be a creator, builder, or inventor in your role?

From the moment I started at Stanley, the opportunities to innovate, create new things, and stretch my abilities have been endless. My team is extremely receptive to new ideas, processes, and ways of thinking, and that has inspired me to go above and beyond what I could have imagined was possible in my role.

What’s your favorite Stanley product? Why?

It’s a very tight race between the Quencher and the IceFlow Flip Straw, but the Quencher wins it for me. It’s iconic.
